Course Content

The course is divided into two parts. The first part introduces students to the art and science of “protective intelligence” and “the 90% Advantage,” which offers strategies on how to avoid and mitigate any threat. The second part provides easy-to-learn (and remember) steps in how to defend against any physical assault without the need for a gun or martial arts skills.

  • The 90% Advantage – Learn how to control a “threat progression” and how to manage a potential threat before it progresses into a physical altercation.
  • Threat Management – Learn how to avoid, mitigate, and defend against a real-world threat using “threat identification” skills, situational awareness, and professional observation skills.
  • Empowerment – Gain the protective knowledge and field-tested skills of protection professionals and how to apply them in daily life.
  • Stop the Attack – Learn about the three things that must go exactly right for attackers to carry out their plans. Disrupting just one of those three things will foil those plans. Learn exactly what these critical items are, what to look for, and how they work.
  • Hands-on – Learn what to do and how to keep control if a threat progresses into a physical attack.
